MeetWork ("the App") is an invite-only meeting assistant that joins online meetings as a clearly named, visible participant to provide real-time translation captions, voice interpretation, and meeting minutes for the user who invited it. MeetWork is also distributed on the Zoom App Marketplace under the same name.
By inviting the bot into a meeting, the inviting user confirms that they have the right to record and process that meeting's audio, and that they have informed the meeting's participants of the recording and transcription as required by applicable law. The meeting host can remove the bot at any time, which immediately stops all audio processing.
Each account may access only its own meetings, recordings and transcripts. Sharing a caption link grants the recipient access to that meeting's captions only. Users must not attempt to access other accounts' data, circumvent access controls, or use the App in violation of the policies of Zoom, Google, Microsoft, or any other platform the bot joins.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. Machine translation and transcription are imperfect; the operator is not liable for translation or transcription inaccuracies, nor for decisions made on the basis of generated captions or minutes.
Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after 14 days. See the Privacy Policy for how data is collected, used and deleted.
